Insurance Sales Agent



We are seeking a self-motivated and goal-oriented Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in Riyadh. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to potential clients, evaluating their needs and recommending suitable coverage options. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets
- Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' insurance requirements
- Present and explain insurance policy options to clients and recommend suitable coverage based on their needs
- Prepare and deliver quotes for insurance policies
- Process and complete policy applications accurately
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with their policies and address any concerns or questions they may have
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competition in the market

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in Arabic; knowledge of English is a plus

Salary: 1200$ per month
