Insurance Sales Agent

We are a leading insurance company based in Riyadh and we are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to potential clients, helping them understand their coverage options and assisting them in selecting the best plan for their needs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Meet with clients to discuss their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Explain policy features, benefits, and premiums to clients in a clear and understandable manner
- Process insurance applications, update client information, and handle policy renewals
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with their coverage and address any concerns or questions they may have
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients
- Achieve sales targets set by the company

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Insurance Sales Agent or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of insurance policies and products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)

Salary: 1200$ per month plus commission

Location: Riyadh (Preference given to English-speaking foreigners)

Employment type: Part-time (Flexible hours available)

Experience level: Experienced professionals preferred but open to freshers
