Land Surveyor



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and mapping of land areas to determine boundaries, elevations, and other topographical features. This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic, boundary, construction, and control surveys using various tools and techniques
- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports
- Create accurate maps and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on survey projects
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure its proper use
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying tools such as total stations, GPS receivers, levels, etc.
- Strong knowledge of CAD software for mapping and drafting
- Excellent analytical skills for interpreting survey data
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is preferred)
- Physically fit for working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this position.
