Solar Panel Installer

We are a solar energy company based in Chelyabinsk seeking experienced Solar Panel Installers to join our team. As a Solar Panel Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels on residential and commercial buildings. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on roofs and other designated areas
- Ensure proper placement and alignment of panels for maximum efficiency
- Connect panels to electrical systems and perform necessary wiring
- Test and troubleshoot system components to ensure proper functioning
- Maintain accurate records of installations and repairs
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working at heights

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Solar Panel Installer
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Familiarity with electrical systems and wiring techniques
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus)

Preference will be given to candidates who are Egyptian or Filipino nationals or have experience working in English-speaking countries. This is a physically demanding job that may require working in various weather conditions. The ideal candidate should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions accurately.
