We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Acre, Israel. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's information technology systems
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the company's IT infrastructure
- Ensure the security and integrity of all data and systems
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Provide technical support to all employees, troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation when necessary
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and data management principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience managing budgets and negotiating contracts with vendors
- Proficiency in English is preferred but not required
