Project Manager - Karachi

We are in search of a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Karachi. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing projects from start to finish. This includes creating project schedules, budget management, and ensuring that all project goals and objectives are met within the agreed upon timeframe. You will also be responsible for communicating with stakeholders and managing project teams to ensure successful project completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask efficiently. This is a contract position with accommodation provided and is open to women professionals. Salary for this role is 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee projects from conception to completion
- Develop detailed project schedules and allocate resources accordingly
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
- Manage project budget and ensure it stays within the allocated funds
- Lead project teams and delegate tasks effectively
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within the agreed upon timeframe
- Provide regular updates on project status to relevant parties

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Engineering)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards success
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project)
- Knowledge of budget management principles
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach
