Barista - Qatari Coffee Shop



The Qatari Coffee Shop is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Doha. We are looking for a passionate individual with a love for coffee and a dedication to providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate must be a Malayalee with experience in the coffee industry and must already hold their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers according to company standards
- Take orders and handle transactions accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
- Have a thorough knowledge of all menu items and be able to make recommendations to customers
- Be able to handle busy periods while maintaining high-quality drinks and service

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam (English is not required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Must have own visa (sponsorship will not be provided)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of different brewing methods
- Basic math skills for cash handling

Salary: 1700$ per month
