Junior Barista


We are a bustling cafe located in the heart of Doha and we are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Barista to join our team. As a Junior Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work station. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry or for recent graduates looking to start their career in the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to customer preferences
- Educate customers on our menu offerings and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment, counters, tables, and seating areas
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow all health and safety guidelines while handling food, beverages, and equipment
- Assist with opening or closing duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1200 per month plus tips. Additional benefits may be provided based on experience level.

Location:
This position is located in Doha but we welcome candidates from all nationalities.
