Assistant Restaurant Manager

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the overall management and operations of our restaurant located in Clairvaux. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure that our guests have a memorable dining experience while maintaining high standards of food quality and service. This is a contract position, ideal for someone without prior experience in a managerial role.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, including managing staff, inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train, supervise, and evaluate staff to maintain a high level of customer service and productivity
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and presentation of food orders
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and meets all sanitation standards
- Assist in creating new menu items and implementing promotional strategies to increase sales

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Must have at least a 12th grade education or equivalent
- Prior experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must have a valid biometric passport or be willing to obtain one if hired

Salary: $1000 per month
