Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Sheduva, Canada. As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative tasks within the office, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1600$.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Maintain office filing systems
- Assist in payroll processing and tracking expenses
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
