Facade Technician


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in Shan, India. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining building facades, including curtain walls, cladding systems, and glazing. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work at heights.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair various types of building facades according to blueprints and specifications
- Measure and cut materials to fit specific design requirements
- Install metal framing for curtain walls and cladding systems
- Seal joints and seams to ensure weatherproofing
- Replace damaged or faulty components of building facades
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building facades
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facade installation or related field
- In-depth knowledge of building materials, tools, and techniques used in facade installation
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1200 per month

This position is suitable for male candidates who are self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to obtain one. English language skills are not required for this position.
