Facade Engineer



As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of building facades. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure that the facade is both aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop facade systems for buildings, taking into consideration factors such as weather conditions, energy efficiency, and building codes
- Collaborate with architects and contractors to incorporate the facade design into the overall building design
- Conduct structural analysis to ensure the facade can withstand various loads and stresses
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Review shop drawings from contractors to ensure compliance with design intent
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work with suppliers to select suitable materials for the facade
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facade technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facade design or construction
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to facades
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software for drafting and design work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team

Location: Shan (open to candidates from all nationalities)
Employment Type: Contract (6 months)
Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
