- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or surpluses
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing on merchandise
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement and display
- Train and coach store staff on visual merchandising techniques
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and consumer preferences

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Retail Merchandiser or similar role in the fashion industry
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising techniques and current fashion trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions on product selection
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership over tasks assigned
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in English required, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
