Accountant - Financial Reporting Specialist


As an Accountant - Financial Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports for our company in Izhevsk. Your detailed understanding of accounting principles and regulations will ensure the accuracy and completeness of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards
- Review and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for financial reports
- Conduct variance analysis to identify any discrepancies or irregularities in financial data
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes to support company growth
- Develop and implement internal controls to maintain the integrity of financial data
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards to ensure compliance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company
- Strong knowledge of GAAP standards and regulations
- Proficient in MS Excel, experience with accounting software is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
