Experienced Waiter for Indian Restaurant in Chelyabinsk


We are a popular Indian restaurant located in the vibrant city of Chelyabinsk, seeking an experienced waiter to join our team. This is a full-time position and we are specifically looking for Indian nationals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide suggestions or recommendations based on customer preferences
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by attending to their needs and requests
- Handle any complaints or concerns from customers professionally
- Process payments and issue receipts accurately

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a waiter, preferably in an Indian restaurant setting
- Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine and menu items
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Must have own valid visa for working in Russia (we do not provide visa sponsorship)
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Russian language skills are a plus)

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position, as well as opportunities for growth within our restaurant. Please note that this position does not include accommodation, therefore only candidates who already have housing arrangements in Chelyabinsk will be considered.
