Office Clerk for Indian Community in Medina
We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Clerk to join our community in Medina. As an Indian community, we are looking for someone who understands our culture and values and can support our daily operations. This is a part-time position with a salary of 900$. Fluency in English is not required, but proficiency in Hindi or any other Indian language is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails from community members
- Coordinate meetings and events by sending invitations and arranging logistics
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is kept tidy
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality
- Residing in Medina with a valid biometric passport
- Available to work part-time hours on weekdays and occasional weekends
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
