Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a plumber
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate plumbing projects from start to finish
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Train and mentor junior plumbers on proper techniques and procedures
