Facade Design Engineer

Our architecture firm in Chelyabinsk is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facade Design Engineer to join our team. As a Facade Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing the exterior appearance of buildings, including the design and construction of facades. This role requires strong technical knowledge and proficiency in relevant software programs, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with architects, contractors, and other team members. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering with a specialization in facade design. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop facade designs that meet aesthetic, structural, and functional requirements
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using relevant software programs
- Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of proposed designs
- Research new materials and technologies to improve facade design
- Coordinate with contractors during construction to ensure design specifications are met
- Provide technical support during all stages of building construction
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality control
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices related to facade design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering with a specialization in facade design
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design or related field
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in relevant software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members at all levels
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings and designs within tight deadlines
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to facade design
