Project Manager - Sheduva, India


As a Project Manager in our company, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of various projects to ensure their successful completion. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. You will also be responsible for creating project timelines, managing resources, and monitoring progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules to track progress
- Identify and secure necessary resources for the successful execution of projects
- Manage project budgets and report on any variances
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders regularly
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure all project activities are completed within established timelines
- Conduct quality control checks on deliverables before final submission
- Monitor and report on project progress using appropriate systems/tools

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of project management techniques and tools
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a contract-based environment
- Experience managing projects for students or entry-level professionals
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
