Pastry Chef
We are hiring a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Shan, China. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries, as well as strong knowledge of various baking techniques and ingredients. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for designing and executing our pastry menu, managing inventory and ordering supplies, training and supervising staff, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. You must have excellent time management skills, the ability to work under pressure, and be able to communicate effectively with both kitchen staff and customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Pastry Chef to showcase their skills in a dynamic and growing restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Designing the pastry menu, including seasonal specials
- Preparing a variety of pastries such as cakes, cookies, tarts, and breads
- Ensuring all pastries are visually appealing and taste delicious
- Managing inventory of ingredients and ordering supplies when needed
- Training new staff on baking techniques and safety procedures
- Supervising kitchen staff to ensure quality control
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Collaborating with other chefs to create new pastry recipes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and ingredients
- Creativity in designing unique pastries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Time management skills to meet tight deadlines for orders
- Excellent communication skills in English (Chinese language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this full-time position.
