Junior Commercial Architect


We are hiring a Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will work closely with our senior architects and assist in the design and development of commercial buildings. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop commercial building designs that meet client needs and adhere to building codes
- Assist in preparing construction documents, including plans, elevations, and details
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction is progressing according to plans
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project requirements are met
- Research new materials and construction techniques to improve design quality and efficiency
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards, trends, and innovations in commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in commercial architecture (internship experience will be considered)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial projects such as offices, retail spaces, or mixed-use buildings
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Ability to create photorealistic renderings for client presentations
