Nurse Supervisor

We are hiring a Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Doha. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will oversee the nursing staff and ensure that high-quality patient care is provided. You will also be responsible for managing schedules, implementing policies and procedures, and maintaining inventory of medical supplies.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Ensure that all patient care is provided according to established standards and protocols
- Monitor patient progress and provide support and guidance to nursing staff
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatments, medications, and progress
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and order new supplies as needed
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide support to nursing staff during emergencies or complex cases

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in Qatar
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a nurse with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
