Construction Manager - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait
We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, coordinating, budgeting, and supervising the construction process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met
- Oversee site operations and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Manage project budget and report on expenses
- Review and approve contractor bids and proposals
- Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Kuwait is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
