Construction Project Manager


We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, budgets and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other parties involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, progress, and adherence to plans
- Communicate updates and progress reports to all stakeholders involved in the project
- Manage project budget, including tracking expenses and making cost-saving recommendations
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore or Primavera P6
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Experience working on international projects is a plus
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
