Job Title: Surveyor


We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Manama. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing detailed reports and maps for construction and development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment and techniques
- Collect and analyze data to determine property boundaries, topography, and other relevant information
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey findings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns or questions
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to land surveying
- Assist in the development of project proposals by providing accurate cost estimates for surveying services

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Surveyor
- Experience with land surveying equipment such as GPS, total station, laser scanner, etc.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on different types of projects including residential, commercial, and industrial developments

Salary:
We offer a salary of $1800 per month for this position.

Nationality:
This position is open to all nationalities. However, preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in Manama.

Contract:
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.
