Computer Systems Analyst - Malayalee Preferred
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Dickirch. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving computer systems and processes to meet the needs of our organization. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available and we are looking for Malayalee candidates who have experience in this field.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Develop solutions to enhance system functionality and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and updates
- Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure they meet business requirements
- Document system specifications, processes, and procedures for future reference
- Train users on new system features and functionality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python
- Experience with database management systems (SQL, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
