We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Welder to join our team at Welding Solutions Ltd. in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Welder, you will play a critical role in the fabrication and repair of metal structures and equipment. We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Perform welding tasks as assigned, following established procedures and safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of welding projects
- Operate welding equipment such as gas, arc, or plasma welding machines
- Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, cutting, grinding, or drilling as necessary
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and make any necessary repairs
- Comply with all company safety regulations and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in welding preferred but not required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in welding or related field (entry-level candidates will also be considered)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience with gas, arc, or plasma welding equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
