Courier Supervisor


We are seeking an experienced Courier Supervisor to join our team in Vilnius. As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our courier team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages to our clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of couriers to ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time
- Monitor and maintain delivery schedules, making adjustments as needed to meet client demands
- Train new couriers on company procedures and protocols
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to couriers
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed by the courier team
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to improve delivery processes

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a courier or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must have valid work permit or visa sponsorship for non-EU citizens
