Land Surveyor - Lusail, Philippines


We are currently hiring a Land Surveyor to join our team in Lusail, Philippines. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate and precise measurements of land and structures in order to provide essential data for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as theodolites, GPS systems, and electronic measuring devices
- Analyze survey data and create detailed maps, charts, and reports
- Verify the accuracy of existing survey data and make any necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure that survey data is in line with project plans
- Oversee the work of survey assistants and provide technical guidance as needed
- Keep accurate records of all surveys and measurements taken

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software programs
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this full-time position. Accommodation will also be provided.

This job is suitable for men who are physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods of time. Prior experience working in construction or engineering projects is a plus.
