Mason Supervisor (Filipino/Nepali)



We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Al Ahmadi. This position is open for both Filipino and Nepali nationals. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the work of a team of masons on various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons to ensure quality and timely completion of projects
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Provide guidance and training to new masons as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on site
- Monitor inventory levels of materials, tools, and equipment needed for masonry work
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or defects in the work being done by the team
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule construction activities

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a mason or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of masonry materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor as required
