Information Security Analyst

We are hiring an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our growing team in Herning. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting sensitive company information, identifying potential security threats, and implementing security measures to prevent cyber attacks. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ and includes accommodation in Herning.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability tests to identify potential risks
- Monitor networks and systems for any suspicious activity or breaches
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to protect company data
- Investigate security incidents, determine root cause, and implement corrective actions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies
- Train employees on best practices for information security

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Proven work experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of network security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
- Experience with risk assessment tools and technologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preference will be given to candidates who hold relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CISA.
