Information Technology Manager

We are a fast-growing technology company in Umm-Salal and we are seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to join our team. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure and operations. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing IT strategies, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, excellent leadership skills, and experience managing projects and budgets. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates. Salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support business goals
- Oversee a team of IT professionals and provide mentorship and guidance
- Ensure the security, performance, and availability of all systems
- Manage budgets for hardware, software, and other technology needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for implementation
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in information technology management
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- In-depth knowledge of network security, data backup, disaster recovery, and cloud computing
- Experience managing budgets for hardware, software, and other technology needs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
