Surveyor - Property and Land Management

Our company is seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our Property and Land Management team. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys of land and properties, providing accurate measurements and data for various projects. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land and properties using various tools such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Measure and record accurate data on land boundaries, topography, structures, and other features
- Analyze survey data using computer software to create detailed maps and reports
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop plans based on survey results
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations related to land use and property development
- Conduct research on property records and historical information to inform survey results
- Monitor construction activities to ensure they align with survey plans and specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surveyor in property or land management
- Proficiency in using surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, laser scanners
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Knowledge of legal requirements related to land use and property development
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
