Shaper for Surfboard Manufacturing Company in Split, Croatia

We are a growing surfboard manufacturing company based in Split, Croatia looking for a skilled and experienced Shaper to join our team. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for shaping and finishing surfboards according to customer specifications and company standards. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret surfboard designs and specifications
- Select appropriate materials and tools for shaping
- Use shaping machines, hand tools, and other equipment to shape surfboards
- Ensure that the final product meets quality standards and customer expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Shaper in the surfboard industry
- Knowledge of different types of surfboards and their characteristics
- Ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Good physical stamina and dexterity for using shaping tools/machines
- Biometric passport (or ability to obtain one) for working in Croatia

We offer competitive salary of 1300$ per month, as well as accommodation near our manufacturing facility.
