We are hiring a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in St. Petersburg. As the Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the network infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$, suitable for English speaking individuals, both Kenyans and foreigners, who are seeking urgent employment with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls
- Monitor network performance to ensure efficient and reliable operation
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution
- Manage user accounts and permissions on the network
- Maintain security of network systems by implementing appropriate measures
- Perform regular backups of data to ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to design and implement new systems or upgrades
- Keep track of inventory for all hardware and software related to the network

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), LAN/WAN technologies, routing/switching, firewalls, VPNs
- Experience with server administration (Windows/Linux)
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in multinational environments and possess relevant certifications such as CCNA or MCSE.
