As a Dismantler, you will be responsible for taking apart various types of equipment and structures in order to salvage usable parts and materials. This physically demanding role requires strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You will primarily work with hand tools such as wrenches, hammers, and screwdrivers to carefully remove components without causing damage. This job does not require previous experience in dismantling but a basic knowledge of mechanics is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Disassemble equipment and structures according to safety procedures
- Sort and identify usable parts and materials
- Use hand tools to carefully remove components
- Ensure that all reusable parts are properly labeled and stored
- Properly dispose of non-reusable materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work efficiently to meet production goals

Requirements:
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic knowledge of mechanics preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills in Russian (English not required)
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Availability for flexible hours (part-time)

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
