As a Merchandiser for our company in Chelyabinsk, Russia, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability through effective merchandising and product placement. Your main duties will include creating attractive displays, setting up promotional materials, and monitoring inventory levels.

To excel in this role, you must have previous experience as a Merchandiser and possess strong organizational skills. You should also have an eye for detail and the ability to understand customer preferences. Fluency in Russian is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays to attract customers
- Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed
- Set up promotional materials according to company guidelines
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff
- Ensure products are properly priced and labeled
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective strategies
- Keep track of sales performance and provide reports to management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with visual merchandising techniques is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in Russian (both written and verbal)
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Marketing or related field is a plus
