Preservation Architect


We are hiring a Preservation Architect to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures. Your main duties will include conducting surveys and assessments, developing preservation plans, and overseeing construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys and assessments of historic buildings and structures
- Develop preservation plans and proposals
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and government agencies
- Oversee restoration and renovation projects
- Ensure compliance with preservation standards and regulations
- Research historical significance of buildings and provide recommendations for preservation methods
- Document and record all work done on historic structures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in preservation architecture
- Strong knowledge of architectural history, building materials, and conservation techniques
- Experience with project management
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Izhevsk, Russia (accommodation provided)
Contract job: 1 year with possibility of extension
