Plasterboard Worker

We are seeking a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Gujrat. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in plastering and be able to work efficiently and accurately without supervision. The salary for this position is 1400$ per month, and visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific areas
- Install plasterboard onto walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Mix and apply joint compound to seal gaps between plasterboards
- Smooth out any imperfections using hand or power tools
- Sand down surfaces to ensure a smooth finish
- Repair or replace damaged or uneven sections of plasterboard
- Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications

Requirements:
- Previous experience in plastering or working with plasterboard preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, sketches, or other technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately without supervision
- Physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy materials and working in various positions for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of different types of joint compounds, adhesives, and sealants used in plastering
- Familiarity with hand tools such as trowels, sanders, power drills, etc.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and wear protective gear as required
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous experience working in construction or similar field
- Certification or training in plastering techniques
- Valid visa for working in Gujrat
