Metal Fabricator and Welder
Location: Kaunas, Lithuania

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator and Welder to join our team in Kaunas. As a Metal Fabricator and Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components according to specifications provided by engineers or clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Measure and mark dimensions on metal materials using measuring instruments
- Cut, shape, and bend metal pieces using manual or automated tools such as saws, shears, presses, or lasers
- Join metal pieces together by welding, brazing or soldering to create products such as gates, railings, fences, or machinery parts
- Grind and smooth welded surfaces using power tools to ensure a quality finish
- Inspect finished products for quality control and make any necessary adjustments
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Metal Worker or similar role
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques including cutting, shaping, bending, welding, brazing or soldering
- Skilled in operating manual or automated tools for metalworking such as saws, shears, presses or lasers
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within set deadlines
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various positions for extended periods of time

Preference will be given to candidates who also have:
- Certification in welding techniques from a recognized institution
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Experience with CNC machines
- Familiarity with safety protocols for working with metal materials
