Restaurant Manager for Nepali Cuisine in Jizan

We are hiring a Restaurant Manager with experience in managing Nepali cuisine restaurants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting financial targets. The candidate should have a strong understanding of Nepali cuisine and culture, as well as experience in menu planning and pricing. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse team. This position requires working closely with the kitchen staff to ensure food quality and consistency. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing marketing strategies to attract customers and promote the restaurant's unique offerings. A salary of 1400$ is offered along with opportunities for growth within our expanding restaurant chain. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. Freshers with relevant experience can also apply. Preference will be given to Nepali nationals or candidates with knowledge of Nepali culture and cuisine.
