We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and profitability. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$, and accommodation is not provided.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, budget, and customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service standards
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop relationships with suppliers to maintain quality products at competitive prices
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and presentation
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or relevant role in the food industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of financial management principles
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English (Nepali language skills would be an advantage)
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
