Seamstress - Garment Production Specialist

We are a leading garment production company based in Nakuru and we are seeking a skilled Seamstress to join our team. As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for sewing and assembling garments according to our company's specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Study and interpret garment design sketches, patterns, and specifications.
- Cut out fabric pieces according to pattern pieces.
- Sew and assemble garments using appropriate sewing techniques.
- Check finished garments for any defects or discrepancies from design specifications.
- Make necessary adjustments or repairs to garments as needed.
- Maintain clean work area and ensure proper care of equipment.
- Communicate with the production team to ensure timely completion of orders.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience as a seamstress in garment production.
- Skilled in using industrial sewing machines and other equipment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications accurately.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Nakuru, Kenya. While we prefer candidates who are Indian nationals, we welcome all qualified applicants who are able to work legally in Kenya.
