The Merchandiser will be responsible for overseeing the production and distribution of goods in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in merchandising, preferably in the retail industry.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
- Work closely with the sales team to create effective promotions and displays
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for product assortment
- Ensure that all merchandise is displayed accurately and according to company standards
- Train and supervise merchandising staff as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in merchandising, preferably in retail or a related industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Shan (with accommodation)

This position is open to all nationalities. Candidates must have a valid work permit for Shan.
