We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our retail team in Shan, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for product placement and a passion for creating visually appealing displays.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and promoting our brand image through effective merchandising strategies. You will work closely with the buying and sales teams to ensure that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner, driving sales and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching displays that showcase our products in an appealing way
- Ensure that all merchandise is properly stocked, labeled, and priced
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any restocking needs to the buying team
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotions and sales strategies
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors' merchandising strategies
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and provide ongoing support as needed
- Maintain visual standards across all stores within the region
- Participate in regular meetings with the buying team to provide insights on customer preferences and trends

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in marketing or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a merchandiser or similar role in retail
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Malayalam is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1000 per month.
