A well-established retail company in Shan is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Merchandiser to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in merchandising, with the ability to develop and execute strategies that will drive sales and increase profitability. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire merchandising process, from planning to execution. Your duties will include analyzing sales trends, identifying popular products, and working closely with buyers to select merchandise that aligns with the company's brand image. You will also be involved in setting prices, creating attractive displays, and monitoring inventory levels.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with vendors. You should also have a keen eye for detail and be able to spot emerging trends in the market. A strong understanding of customer behavior and purchasing patterns is essential.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Retail Merchandiser
