Gardener Supervisor


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Gardener Supervisor to join our team in Ufa. As a Gardener Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of gardeners, ensuring the proper maintenance and care of our client's gardens. This position is suitable for non-native English speakers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct a team of gardeners, providing guidance and support as needed
- Plan and assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
- Monitor the progress and quality of work performed by the team to ensure high standards are met
- Perform hands-on gardening tasks as needed to assist the team
- Train new employees on gardening techniques, safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain inventory of gardening tools and equipment, ordering replacements as needed
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or requests promptly
- Keep accurate records of tasks completed, hours worked, and materials used by the team

Requirements:
- Previous experience in gardening or landscaping is required, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role preferred
- Knowledge of plants, trees, flowers, and other greenery common in Ufa
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse group
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Fluent in Russian (knowledge of English is an asset)
- Must have a valid driver's license

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
