We are in search of a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at a popular and trendy coffee shop located in Isa Town, Bahrain. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and high-quality beverages for our customers while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve various types of coffee drinks according to customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is clean and sanitized
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing product recommendations and taking orders accurately
- Follow all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines to ensure food safety standards are met
- Continuously learn about new products, promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role in the food industry
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month. In addition, we offer free visa sponsorship and ticket for the right candidate.
