We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the exact location and measurements of land boundaries, topographical features, and other natural or human-made structures. You will also be responsible for creating maps and reports based on your findings.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and laser scanners
- Interpret survey data to determine property boundaries and create accurate maps
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate placement of structures
- Use computer software to analyze data and create reports
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Maintain survey equipment and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
