Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service
- Take orders and make recommendations based on customer preferences
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages in a timely manner
- Operate coffee machines, blenders, and other equipment to make drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Follow health code guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the day

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and drink recipes
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness standards
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
